As part of my social media management and marketing internship at Cate Brown Studio, I had the opportunity to work on a project that involved creating a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy for the studio.

To achieve this goal, I first conducted a thorough analysis of the studio's current marketing and sales approach, including their social media presence, email marketing, and website. Based on this analysis, I identified areas for improvement and developed a plan to optimize these channels for better engagement and conversion rates.

One key aspect of the project was to identify and target the studio's ideal customer persona. To accomplish this, I conducted market research and analyzed customer data to create a detailed profile of the ideal customer. I then developed targeted messaging and content that would resonate with this persona and drive engagement and sales.

Another important aspect of the project was to develop a cohesive brand identity and messaging strategy for the studio. To achieve this, I worked closely with the creative team to develop a brand voice and messaging that accurately represented the studio's values and mission.

As a result of this project, Cate Brown Studio saw a significant increase in engagement and conversions across all marketing channels. The studio was able to establish a strong brand identity and messaging strategy that resonated with its ideal customer persona.

Overall, this project provided me with valuable experience in market research, social media management, email marketing, and brand strategy development, as well as a deeper understanding of the importance of targeted messaging and customer personas in driving sales and engagement.
